seeing Ryan Tannehill on the top 10 of this list is wild. He was always considered an extremely raw QB prospect and he was very underwhelming in Miami.

But he's been playing solid ever since he took over Mariota's starting job and most importantly: winning games for the Titans. Didn't think the advanced metrics would like him that much though.
